By default the Cambike Sensor logs sensor readings by a certain time interval. Due to the latency of different sensors, in particular the GPS module, and without access to a multithreaded processor (i.e. each sensor blocks the single thread until it has obtained a new reading), the logging never occurs exactly when you expect.
